Marcus Outzen led his Fort Walton Beach Vikings (@FWB_FB) to win the Class 5A State Championship in 1995 over Dixie Hollins 24-0 at Daytona Beach's Municipal Stadium. Outzen rushed for 18 TDs that season and threw for over 1,100 yards with 10 TDs.#FLgridiron pic.twitter.com/j7W033Srrr
