• Rushed for 1,482 yards and 17 touchdowns on just 145 carries (10.2 ypc), while adding 21 receptions for 402 yards and five scores

• Helped lead team to back-to-back district titles and an undefeated 2008 regular season

• Also returned kicks for the Indians, averaging 22.3 yards on both kickoffs and punts

• Returned one punt for a touchdown

• Also lettered in track and baseball

• Finished second in 100-meter final of state track meet in his first full season of running (ahead of third place Denard Robinson)
